Cake Tape

Cooking Timeeeee!!!!!!!
It's been a while since my last recipe.Hmm..i want to share my special secret of Cake Tape..enjoy it



Indonesian Version


Bahan I:
275gr Margarine
150gr Gula Pasir
200gr Tape Singkong
6 butir Kuning Telur
250gr Tepung Terigu
1/2 sdt Baking Powder
25gr Maizena
50ml Susu Cair

Bahan II:
6 butir Putih Telur
1/4 sdt Garam
100gr Gula Pasir
Keju Chedarr untuk taburan diatasnya

Cara Membuat :
Adonan I
1. Kocok Margarine dan gula sekitar 4-5 menit atau sampai lembut dengan Mixer
2. Tambahkan tape, lalu kocok lagi sampai rata (Bisa ditambahkan parutan keju cheddar, sesuai selera anda)
3. Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu lalu kocok
4. Tambahkan tepung terigu, baking powder, maizena lalu aduk lagi
5. Tambahkan susu cair

Adonan II
1. Siapkan tempat yang berbeda dengan adonan I, lalu kocok putih telur dan garam hingga mengembang
2. Tambahkan gula sedikit demi sedikit dan kocok hingga mengembang

Finishing
1. Masukkan Adonan II ke Adonan I lalu aduk hingga rata
2. Siapkan loyang ukuran 24x10x7 cm
3. Olesi loyang dengan Margarine
4. Masukkan Adonan ke dalam loyang
5. Parut keju diatas adonan
4. Panaskan oven di suhu 150 derajat celcius
5. Masukkan ke dalam oven dengan api bawah selama 25-30 menit, lalu dilanjutkan dengan api both selama 15-20 menit.

English Version


Ingredients I :
275gr Margarine
150gr Sugar
200gr fermented cassava
6 Egg yolk
250gr Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
25gr Corn Flour
50ml Milk

Ingredients II :
6 egg whites
1/4 teaspoons Salt
100gr Sugar
Chedar Cheese for spread over the top of cake

Dough I :
1. Use a mixer to beat margarine and sugar until smooth
2. Add fermented cassava (and add scrapping cheese if you want to)
3. Adds Egg yolk one by one and mix again
4. Add Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, Corn Flour and mix again
5. Add milk

Dough II :
1. In the different bowl, beat egg whites and salt till open up
2. Add sugar by little and by little, mix till open up

Finishing
1. Mix Dough I and Dough II
2. Prepare 24x10x7 cm cake pan
3. Re cover cake pan with margarine
4. Put dough in the cake pan
5. Add gratin (scrape cheese) on the top of cake
4. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius
5. Bake with bottom heat for 25-30 minutes or till done, the continue with both heat for 20-25 minutes.

Fermented cassava can be made by boiling the cassava until it is turn a yellow then drain it up. Add brewer yeast (the same yeast for making beer) when it is lukewarm. Then cover it with banana leaf (banana leaf make it sweeter and create distinctive flavor). Put it in a dark and air proof container for several days. Ripe fermented cassava should be sweet and has soft texture.
